The heating body is the same as that used in quartz heaters, but with a stylish titanium shell, making it unsuitable for saltwater use.
The heating effect can be influenced by the external aquarium temperature and whether the tank has a lid. The recommended tank size is just a reference, so the specific power required should be selected based on the actual situation.
PID Control and Frequency Conversion save power by precisely controlling the temperature. The PTC ceramic heating element heats up quickly, stably, and safely to avoid explosions and fish fatalities.
When the water level is too low, the automatic shutoff feature is triggered, protecting the heater from overheating damage. This feature activates when the temperature exceeds 93.2°F, displaying an "EE" error code.
For saltwater tanks, the heater should be cleaned once a month. If installed at the bottom of the aquarium, the heater must be fully submerged, as the temperature probe is located on the back.
